![]() ![]() I don't know, but I suspect that my problem might only exist on macOS, but the support person only knows Windows. Back and forth emails up to that point were taking just a day (acceptable), but after I sent the screen recording, I've heard nothing for 3 days. The support person emailed me asking me to send back a screen recording which I did. During several emails back and forth I was sent a screen recording showing how to do it (very much appreciated), but when I tried it, it didn't work. sending me a link to a Windows version when I am using macOS). ![]() ![]() While I did get some help, sometimes it was the wrong help (e.g. I was trying to troubleshoot a problem using PDFelement where I had several ".bmp" image files and wanted to load them and convert them into a single PDF. ![]()
